Led by Douglas Stephson, CEO and Regional Manager, our leadership brings deep expertise in occupational safety and health, backed by more than 30 years in the safety field and extensive experience in security, law enforcement, and safety instruction. Doug’s background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, a technical management degree, and over two decades of service in the United States Navy, guiding our organization with integrity, professionalism, and a people-first approach.
